The BigFace Team has a mission to provide a great meal experience for every customer. Bigface offers a variety of foods with fresh ingredients such as pastas, slow smoked BBQ, creole, and so much more. Our head chef has over 15 years of cooking wisdom and techniques passed down from his “BIG MA” and “PAW”, where he learned every meal needs a cup of LOVE and a dash of SOUL.

In the growing stages of BigFace our chef has also pursed several culinary certifications. His love and passion for all styles of cooking is express in his personality and meals. Anyone can notice how much he just enjoys every moment, just as he loved the garden process watching from a seed to Sunday’s Dinner.

The Bigface Smokehouse Team was started by Eric Jones in 2015 with small catering events and festivals with the vision to one day provide families and friends with a place to socialize and eat some good tasting food.
